Exe-pression: an evening of written and spoken reflection
Exe-pression offers an opportunity to slow down and reconnect. It blends two practices: a journaling club, where you will be provided with prompts to support individual written reflection; and a speaking circle, where you will be invited to share thoughts on a given theme.
