Our accessibility assessment indicates some issues of non-compliance within the components of . We're unable to resolve some of these instances immediately owing to reliance on third-party suppliers. 

We have investigated each issue and will aim for a resolution where possible and/or appropriate.

Digital Skills is partially compliant with the  standard. The non-compliant areas are listed below. 

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations 

• Quiz page: Profile Selection panel and Skill description — landmark elements do not have unique roles or role/label/title combinations, and some page content falls outside landmark regions. These issues affect the quiz question page and are under active remediation.
• FAQ area: ARIA role structure — certain ARIA roles do not contain the required child elements, and some ARIA attributes do not conform to valid values. These issues are under active remediation.
• Quiz page: progress indicator — the ARIA progressbar node does not have an accessible name, meaning screen readers cannot convey progress information to users. This issue is under active remediation.
• Library page: colour contrast — one or more elements (Progress dropdown) do not meet the minimum colour contrast ratio thresholds required under WCAG 2.2 AA. This issue is under active remediation. 

We plan to resolve the non-compliant features by 31 October 2026.
